Dr. Horvat is a wonderful periodontist. I love his personality and the comfort level he provides. I am not so happy with the office staff and the fact you have to turn in your own insurance claims for cleanings. I find that very inconvenient and a bit frusterating. I also feel that the office needs a major "facelift". It feels old and the rooms are feeling small with some having no windows at all. I have been going to Dr. Horvat for many years, but now feel it might be time to find someone new due to the uneasiness and myself losing money as I am just not a person to deal with insurance claim forms. Dr. Horvat, if you read this, please take note that you are a wonderful doctor and thank you for all the years of great gums. :) :)

About Hygienist: I really like Ann and feel she is awesome. The others are okay but personality and detailing, she wins it all. Very gentle, very thorough and alot of fun to talk to. :) Thanks Ann.
