Dr. Harrell and his staff has been cleaning (including deep scaling) my teeth for a while now. They have also removed a couple of wisdom teeth (no pain at all during the procedure.) His chair side manner is open and helpful as he recently made a very useful suggestion for one of my teeth that is currently loose. Jan (the front desk person) is always friendly and responsive, I've never had to wait more than 4 or 5 minutes after arriving and she's done a great job of dealing with my insurance company, making sure I know the costs (mine and what the insurance is paying, etc.) If you need a periodontist I heartily reccommend Dr. Harrell. Am having a tooth extracted and bonded to nearby teeth soon as well.

About Hygienist: The hygenists there are both friendly and very efficient. They do their best not to hurt you and avoid painful things (like loose teeth.) So far I've been very happy with all the cleanings I've gotten there (once every 3 months or so.)
