On the 2 occasions when I was allowed by his receptionist to speak to him, he was kind. They overcharged me $100 and I found out by my own research. They refused to release my records when I asked for copies, saying it was not their policy. As far as I know, patients have a legal right to obtain their medical records. Dr. Moskowitz knew I had questions regarding my care, and refused to speak to me on numerous occasions, instead relying on his receptionist to relay messages. If I called, he wouldn't returned my calls; his receptionist would. I do not have issues with the quality of his work. Until I see a different periodontist, I will not know if I was treated properly or not.
