Very professional but typical surgeon. It was almost 2 years after extraction that Dr. Z inserted implant. Bone had regressed extensively but he had no concerns. Tooth has been on ~6 months and no problems although there is a large space due to bone loss. Procedure was tolerable and he provided meds as part of service. Billing was an issue and they did not provide much help with insurance. I am comfortable recommending him highly although I would caution that he does appear to have the surgeon mentality - let me cut into it. Offers early appointments 7 AM but closes early.
