i went to dr.
azer in hopes of getting a dental implant. little did i know i would suffer severe bone loss and gum ressisatation to the area worked on. furthermore, i may be loosing 1-2 other teeth around the area worked on now. sure, he refunded me the 1500.00 for the implant but i now had to go to another periodontist and am going to have to pay 7000-10000 out of pocket to repair the work he has done. upon recieving my 1500.00 refund i was told i had to sign a form that relieved him of any work he had done to recieve my refund. real classy. horrible experience overall. please dont let this happen to you!!!!
