He filled a tooth that didn't really need it, and ended up cracking the tooth. I had to go to another dentist to get a crown. And, he didn't pay for the crown needed due to his negligence, or refund my money for the original filling that cracked the tooth. He made me pay for copies of my x-rays so I could bring them to the new dentist. His novacaine injections were extremely painful.
