I highly recommend Dr. Kissel for dental implant surgery. He is an expert and uses the latest technology. He was able to place an implant without the use of bone grafting because he used a dental drill designed to minimize the loss of good bone and simultaneously compress the existing bone making it stronger than what it would have been with the use of older technology. He is kind and professional. When he saw the level of anxiety I exhibited during the procedure he stopped and provided nitrous oxide until I gave the word that it was okay to continue. If you need dental or oral surgery you should only go to a specialist,with significant experience such as Dr. Kissel. Experience and mastery of technique and technology will make a huge difference in the outcome!
