A month ago, I broke one tooth biting into a piece of candy. I opted for extraction by an oral surgeon, no bridge, no implants, just the minimum.
There are many fine periodontists who are enthusiasts of implants. Indeed, the articifial tooth does cover the gum.
But how advises on care of a piece of gum which just sits in the mouth, unadorned by a tooth?
