He makes his offices hours later in the day so we that have to work for a living can still come in with out missing time at work. I also like the way He works out payment plans when I cant afford the difference in my insurance coverage this is great on stress relief .
I found the office staff like being at home even though I am there to get a cavity filled nothing beats the " family atmosphere" .
The best thing though would be the way he remembers the specifics of my situation wether its financial or pain tolerance ect.

He also speaks spanish so I send lots of my friends that are more comfortable speaking in their native tongue, oh yeah , his staff also speaks spanish too.
