Dr. Rosenberg is the most pleasant, easy-going dentist I've encountered. Staff is also quite nice and the atmosphere is relaxed. Treatments went well and I have no complaints about service. Costs can be a problem, particularly if out of network. Facilities could also be more spacious, but it is Manhattan.
