It was a terrible experience. I'm left with spaces between my new veneers. They look like old man teeth and will also, as I've been told, lead to tooth decay. I paid an exhorbitant amount of money for a long and tormenting experience and am left with a terrible smile I am ashamed of. Every time i look at my smile in the mirror I cringe. I asked him to do them over but he said I had to give him more money because that's his policy!!! Very very upsetting. So much for the Hollywood smile I was promised. He also said he guaranteed them for five years. I guess if you pay more money, sure. Definitely the worst mistake I made was walking into the NY smile institute on 5th ave and giving them all my money and smile. Very depressing. Over $30 000!
