Instead of "Dr" they should rename his title as "Agressive Sales." I felt as if I went to a used car lot and all he tried to do is upsell. upsell, and more upsell.
From my first meeting with Dr. Alfred B. Dela Cruz he asked what my race was. What the F***! My race?!! What does that matter!? After my routine exam and exrays and such, all he tried to do is upsell, upsell and more upsell. He even tried to prescribe visible GOLD TEETH!!
He even charged me for a next appointment even after I said I will think about it before I make any hasty decisions.
I would NEVER reccomend this dentist.
About Hygienist: This is his wife and partner in the whole upsell.
