The dentist suggested wisdom toorh removal (free with Safeguard) & deep cleaning ($100 copay)+irrigation ($300). BUT without the irrigation, he won't do the deep cleaning. Without the deep cleaning, he won't remove the tooth. To my knowledge, I do not understand his suggestion. If I assume that he wants to charge as much as he could, his suggestion all makes sense. The irrigation is, by the way, optional according to Safeguard thus is not covered by the insurance. Then why does the dentist obliges the irrigation? Decision is up to you. No experience of his skills. The front desk lady is very very push and expects you to serve her as a boss. 2004.12.03
