I had to have an emergency extraction on my wisdom tooth and it was not a pleasant experience. To just be straightforward the needle in the gums hurt like hell and the extraction was even worse. The way my tooth was pulled was like my head was being ripped off. I have pretty tough gums as well and with my usual dentist I don't feel a thing when I am given the shot. But this one WOW! This was my experience and it was not nice. She was very kind but honestly the bottom line was IT HURT!
