he and his staff were very bad at following up with me. they were inadequate in even scheduling me for my 6-month cleanings. the front desk staff do not return calls nor respond promptly to my voicemail messages, and are generally not helpful at all. if i was to give this dentist a letter grade, I'd give him a D.
