They gracefully walk me through the billing expectations and insurance limitations prior to my treatment, and then finalize the appointment with receipts and future appointment scheduling. They enhance the entire visit by encapsulating the visit with the financial questions competently addressed and completed efficiently and respectfully.

About Hygienist: I usually have Andrea who is especially sensitive to the areas of my mouth where I have receded gum lines that are sensitive. She is always cheerful, thorough, and attentive to my needs. My teeth feel amazing when I leave. Whenever I have any of the other Hygienists I am confident and relaxed that the notes that Andrea inputs are read and reflected in the treatment I receive. I've never had a bad experience, largely because they all have an "attitude of excellence" in treating their patients.
