Dr. Duncan is a very loving old gentleman who has lost control and interest in his practice! His staff are absolutely the most Ill mannered and incompetent assemblage of people one can imagine. The office manager openly defies the Doctors instructions and best practices. He seems fearful to raise his voice against Her! Do not patronize this firm! TELL ALL your friends-----!

About Front Desk: Minus 5 stars negative beyond description! Unbelievably insensitive and rude beyond comprehension

About Hygienist: Hygienist left due to poor treatment by front fest staff and office manager of her customer base
