Dr. Rasi is an okay dentist; however, her office staff (the receptionist in particular) is very unprofessional! She is rude and very sarcastic. She will smile as though she is giving you good service but can be very condescending. Dr. Rasi has a high turn-over in dental hygienists. Over the past few years she has changed them often. My teeth were cleaned by a very rude woman that literally scraped the enamel off my teeth. It was a very painful experience! Also, the whole 'spa treatment' is a farce!!! She also has two big smelly dogs in her office which the dental board would deem as unsanitary.
About Hygienist: One terrible hygienist from that office. Rude and unwilling to help the patient to be comfortable. When I complained to the receptionist she would not listen to my issue with the hygienist.
