He was extremely rude, and not prepared to do the prep for my crowm that was scheduled 1 month in advance. He asked me to drive 2 hours south to pick up supplies from a lab in Downey,CA that his office should have already had. The service is horrible, they try to rip you off by overcharging you and the service was painful. There was miscommunication between dentists, so I didn't even recieve the right service I paid for.
