Initially I thought Dr. Bowman was excellent; WHEN he worked up my treatment plan AND told me that I had so many previously undiagnosed issues going ON, I was baffled that NO prior dentist had made me aware. He scheduled WORK ON my mouth IN quadrients AND I immediately began TO SCHEDULE procedures TO FIRST address my supposed peridontal disease AND subsequent crowns AND bridges. What concerned me was that over the course of my treatment, many times he seemed LESS personal; almost manic OR very paranoid; Later WHEN he did my crown, he made me endure a painful PROCEDURE which he called "spacing"; it was very painful; ive had other crowns BY other dentists since AND WHEN i asked them about NOT performing the spacers, they told me they had NO idea what i was talking about. WHEN applying a 3 part bridge, he pressed it down so hard UNTIL I heard it crack. WHEN I told him I heard it cracked, he said he didnt hear anything. LESS THAN a YEAR later the porcelain broke off; I went TO Charlotte Denistry AND had it repaired there. What finally made me LEAVE was WHEN I heard the staff laugh about how much I AND other patients had paid. IN TIME I noticed that ALL NEW patients needed TO have WORK done ON their entire mouth. Beware!!!!!!

About Hygienist: Mary Katherine does a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. She is friendly, gentle with the procedures and interested in me as a person. When I leave her chair my teeth feel clean and I feel great.
