Dr. Ross is honest, competent and thorough. He was the only orthodontist who was straightforward enough to buck the "trend" of recommendations we had received to give both my sons butterflies (for expanding their upper pallettes) which turned out to be precisely right. My one son has perfect teeth and the other son had braces for an underbite, but neither would have needed a wider upper jaw, so he was right on. My daughter has braces and notices how gentle they always are with her teeth.
His staff is pleasant and oh so kind and Dr. Ross is always concerned about the well being of his patients. We recommend him highly.
