He had an impatient and gruff manner, never looked me in the eye, and wouldn't answer questions about the work he had done. The novocaine shot he gave me was the most painful I have ever felt. He worked extremely fast and carelessly. The receptionist is disinterested and unresponsive. The first time I made an appointment (and the earliest they could give me was a month away) I mysteriously didn't get into their system and and I had to make a new one. (Again, a month away.) On the bright side: The location is convenient and they only kept me waiting for half an hour after my appointment time.
