About Front Desk: The front office is busy, but they will remember your name after the first visit. They ask about my kids and husband even though they are not patients there. (husband seems to be allergic to dentists and kids see a ped dentist) They are very very busy! Sometimes it takes months to get in for regular appointments, but I have had an emergency (my first visit to this dentist) and even as a new patient they fit me in within hours.
