I've been a patient of Dr. Norman Don's since 1993. His front office staff has been very difficult for me to deal with and they have created a lot of anxiety. For years I've considered leaving his practice, but have stayed b/c I am a creature of habit. I feel Dr. Don is a nice gentle man who has done a good job for me in the past, but I'm at a stage where I can no longer overlook the way his front office staff treats me. I'm now looking for a dentist who has a good customer service experience from start to finish. At Dr. Don's office, his front office staff is always right and as a customer, I am always wrong. It becomes tiring. Time to change!
