Dr. Patel is an excellent cosmetic dentist. He was featured on a local news network, which is how I found him. Met one of his patients, her lumineers were beautiful, without having that "fake" or "too perfect" look.
The problem is his staff. The office manager, Gary.If you have an issue, let's say tooth repair, he says, "Let me call you back," and never does.Yet he is very quick to call you to come in to discuss financing ($$$). The receptionists have no idea how to properly schedule, and since Dr. Patel is very much in demand, it's hard to get app'ts. The receptionists will give you an app't for 3 weeks away. Then they call you 2 days before your app't and reschedule, saying, "Oh the office closes early that day," (as if they just discovered this) Then of course, you will have to wait another 2-3 weeks. You'll be lucky to see the doc once /month, if that. They lie and shuffle app'ts all the time. You will be dismayed at how they continually give you app'ts, then take them away. 4 months now, still no permanent teeth, thanx to all the canceled app'ts. Too many patients, overbooking, truth, and priority issues are this office's main problems.
