Was billed incorrectly.
Family member was given diagnosis of periodontal disease evern though they have been going to another dentist in town every 6 months for years and never given that diagnosis.
One front office clerk is very unprofessional
Assistant forgot about me and made me sit with guaze in my mouth for over 10 min.
