About Front Desk: Kelly aided me at the front desk. She was able to schedule my appointment in a great time frame that worked with my schedule. Since I had not been to the dentist in a while, the appointment was more difficult to schedule, but she found a way. She assisted me with transferring my records from a previous dentist. Additionally, she handled my insurance questions and was able to process my paperwork fast. I emailed my previous X-rays to the office and she handled the transfer. Her performance was the foremost reason I plan on returning to Dr. Mednick's office. Kelly is charismatic and very competent at her job. I think that when you visit a doctor's office, you spend the most time working with the front desk staff. That is why the service Kelly provided was so important, making me feel very welcome and confident in the dentistry services provided.

About Hygienist: Leslie was my hygienist when I visited Dr. Mednick's office. We were together for an average length appointment time, even though I had not visited the dentist in some time. She worked fast and professionally. She has a great disposition, making conversation but not sacrificing service or time. Also, I always have trouble getting X-rays because the butterfly inserts are painful, but Leslie made it a breeze!
