Sadly, I found this dentist and his staff to be discourteous.
In addition, he requires every patient to sign a paper stating they agree to pay, per every 15 minutes, for any appointment missed or not cancelled 48 hours ahead of time; apparently any patient arriving late to his/her appointment would be fined as well.
At the same time he maintains that he may at times need to cancel a patient's appointment on short notice.
