I will start first with the dentist's front office. The woman sitting at the front desk has no personality. She seems bitter over the phone and is not helpful when it comes to directing phone calls. I needed insurance help and billing was no where to be found. They never returned my phone call. The actual dentist has no patience with kids. Counts to 3 before he jams open my kid's mouth. He didn't even let my husband stay in the same room as my son. My husband over heard the dentist telling my son that he would only count to 3 and of course my son already scared began to cry. All this happend while my husband waited outside of the room. Keep in mind this is his first visit to the dentist and he is only 2 1/2 years of age. Terrible! Terrible all around!! Yes, definately inviting office, a very nice part of La Canada, the office has arcade games and is well kept but, that will never convince me to ever bring my children to such a negative environment. Everyone seems bitter and is very obvious they are not happy with their choice of career.
