Oh my. I went to Dr. Friedman because she was on my dental plan, and it was a terrible idea. She did about twelve fillings that I later found out were unnecessary, and her tools/methods were extremely outdated. Her staff was nice enough, although none of them spoke much English and seemed very afraid of Dr. Friedman. They didn't seem to be very knowledgable, either. the fillings were quite painful at times, although she was generous with the nitrous oxide. She certainly doesn't seem to care about patient comfort--don't come here expecting anything other than novacaine injections and gas if you request/threaten. She did do my insurance forms well, though, so I ended up paying relatively little of her (none too cheap!) fees.
