The dentist is fine, but the rest of the experience was horrible. Her staff was rude and made mistakes on my bill and then forced me to front all the expenses even thought it was completely covered by my insurance. In addtion, my appointment was cancelled twice and I didn't find out until I got to the office. I would not recommend this dentist at all - dealing with the office was a serious headache. There are many other good dentists that have more convinient hours and don't force you to deal with such a terrible office. The woman who handles the billing there actually hung up on me - not the way to run an office!
