This place has terrible customer service and management. I scheduled an appointment for my husband and myself several weeks out because we are new patients. The office manager called me back to tell me they had to cancel my appointment and reschedule. As I understood why they had to reschedule, I found it not exceptable that it needed to be 2 more weeks out. I tried to discuss that with the "office manager" and she told me she couldn't do anything about it. She refused to let me talk to anyone else in charge. She asked me what I wanted her to do. I told her that I wanted my appointment as soon as they opened back up for business. She then told me that she wasn't going to argue with me and hung up on me. This office obviously does not know how to handle simple organization and problem solving techniques. If they can not handle simple issues or offer up solutions for minor thing such as rescheduling I would hate to see how they manage more complex issues in their practice. As I did not get to talk to the doctor, I hope he is aware of the terrible service his employees are contributing to his practice with people like that working for him his practice will surely never survive.
