I was referred to Dr. Banzon by a work colleague who had been treated by her over the last 15 months and who had given her very high marks.
Given that it had been over 5 years since I had visited a dentist, my anxiety level was high - especially since neglect had led to at least two broken teeth (#3 and #19).
Dr. Banzon was incredibly reassuring when i spoke to her on the phone and when I met her in person. Her office is very modern and well equipped. She wasn't fazed byt the state of my mouth. Instead she got right down to work cleaning, providing excellent x-rays and describing a treatment plan that I am following (two root canals so far, and a temporary crown in place). She is very efficent but also clear in her explanations of procedures.
I'm very pleased with her work and have already recommended her to close friends and colleagues.
