Dr. Ouyang provided orthodontic care (braces) for my 2 kids over the course of 3 years. The price quote was fair (average range in estimates), honest (did not suggest some "funny" business with overpricing the insurance company like some of my quotes had suggested), the treatment was timely, competent, friendly, and did not charge me for extras after the fact.
When the insurance company tried to not honor the already approved and processed contracted price for my daughter, even though she had completed all treatment on plan (we went off plan shortly after her braces came off), Dr. Ouyang's office intervened and resolved it successfully for me so I didn't have to make the last couple of payments out of pocket!
I highly recommend Dr. Ouyang and her office for any orthodontic work!
