Here’s the thing, the staff is not straight forward about what I’ll be paying each time I show up. I get that this service is premium, but there’s always an extra $200 tacked on to my bill when I check out. What gives? Your practice has patients like me who nicely pay thousands of dollars for treatment. Is a little transparency too much to ask?
About Front Desk: Again, tell me on the phone that you’ll be charging me extra for something I thought I’d already paid for.
