one of my molar had a cavity and the filling recently fell off. I don't feel pain but it was just not convenient when chewing. So I went to see Dr. Hong and he recommended root canal treatment and post and crown. So I had him do the root canal. It was a bad decision. After the treatment, I started to feel a lot of pain the next day, so I called the doctor and he priscribed some penicillin for me. But the pain continued and my cheek got swollen. It was such horrible pain that the advil can't handle. So I called the doctor again, but he wouldn't return my emergency call(it was a saturday noon). So I had to ask another doctor to priscribe some stronger analgesic for me. Finally Dr. Hong called me back on Monday but still refused to check my tooth sooner than the appointment day I made with him in last visit. I had to go to another dentist to do the x-ray and it turns out there are infections around the bottom of root. But Dr. Hong didn't get a full clear picture to show this infection right after root canal treatment so he even didn't know its existence.
It was a horrible experience and most pain I ever felt in my life. So whoever read my review, watch out for this doctor.
