She has an abrasive bedside manner and doesn't seem care about her patients. I could not relax at all. I confess that I had a rather complicated root canal retreatment which she was unable to do at her first attempt and sent me home to come back another day. I was worried that my root canal is hopeless and asked her for an email I could contact her in case I had a question. She responded that she "doesn't have an email for communicating with patients." That did it. I didn't want to go back changed the endodontist, and the new guy was able to retreat the tooth with excellent results.
