My case is complicated - damage from a bone disease called Fibrous Dysplasia required me to have extensive oral work. When the doctors at the Mayo Clinic refused to take on my case, Dr. Laurell agreed to help me when no one else would. Over the course of 7 years, he put together a team of physicians who worked together to achieve something that had never been attempted before. 1 month ago, the final piece was put into place - a dental bridge that looks amazing. I couldn't be happier and I hardly recognize the person that I was when I walked into his office so long ago. He really did change my life. Dr. Laurell and his entire staff were so caring, compassionate and supportive the whole way and I'm forever grateful to all of them. They let me know how much it would be from the beginning and worked with me on any costs that my insurance didn't cover. My husband and 4 sons are also patients of Dr. Laurell. Never once has he suggested any procedure that wasn't necessary (I think he's filled a total of 1 tooth). His costs are comparable to any other dentist. My story is so much more detailed than this, but unfortunately I'm limited as to how much I can write. But really, there aren't words to express the gratitude that I feel.

About Front Desk: All are friendly - but I owe special thanks to Jane, who is the person who suggested I talk to Dr. Laurell from the start. She worked me in whenever needed and helped me with any billing issues. She has become a friend in the process and I'm forever grateful.

About Hygienist: All the girls are fantastic - my teeth are so clean and white when I leave. They're friendly and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience! They were also very kind and supportive during my 7 year process and were as excited for me as I was.
