Dr Desai is the only dentist I have ever been to where I did not feel a thing. I am terrified of dentists and have been to some really bad ones in the past. My wife talked me into going to Desai because she had been going to him for years. The wait times are a little long, and he hires people off the streets and trains. While this gives people a chance they normally would not have, they also are usually rude. His wife handles all the finances and she can be heavy handed about paying up. All that aside, he goes as heavy on the novicane as he feels you need because of your nerves. He does an excellent job on your teeth and you can tell he knows what he is doing. I have seen him fix messes from other dentists that were near hopeless. He has some of the best prices I have seen at a dentist. Overall I highly recomend thist dentist.
