Dr. Ouayang has poor bed side manners. Instead of saying "Hello, how are you" the first thing he said when he met me was "You have a bad crown". The whole experience of just going to the his dental office for x-ray and cleaning was extremely stressfull. None of his staff cared about the comfort or performing painless procedures. At one point of time during the eaxm I was taken to a different section of the building to take x-rays. When I was done, I have been told that the exam chair I was sitting in was taken up by a different patient and I had to wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes!! I do not recomend going to this dental office if you want your dental experience to be at least remotely pleasant.
