After being told my insurance covers 100% for cleanings. I was sent a bill for $50 dollars and they said I'm responsible for the what the insurance didn't pay. Tried to figure out what the charges are for and said this what insurance didn't cover. I have used Dr. Edwards for years and they have always given me excellent service.
