Dr. Michael Harris saved my life. Not an exaggeration.
Dr.Harris was treating me for infection of oral surgery
performed by my periodontist. The infection caused an
edema if my mouth and throat, restricting breathing. When I went to Dr. Harris
he immediately recognized a life-threatening situation.
He arranged for his staff to accompany me to Wellington Hospital
and arranged for pre-admittance. I was x-rayed and in the operating
room within hours. Dr. Harris performed removal of a cyst in my lower jaw.
I was in ICU for five days, and Dr. Harris visited every day,
including Sundays. Most important he recommended an
infectious disease physician for a follow-up 6 week IV treatment
of antibiotics. His follow-up with all my medical team;
primary physician, periodontist, dentist, ENT MD, as well
as my wife, was outstanding. That praise was echoed by the
physicians themselves.
