Beware!!! This dental office will use your information to send persistent unsolicited marketing materials to your postal mailbox, making you impossible to cease such activities, even if you request to take your name off their list by calling and requesting in person. They are tormenting me since last 3 years and all my requests (7 times) falls on deaf ears).
