I went to Dr. Shortell as a child, now I take my 2 children, and husband there. ALL of my family is now with his practice and everyone has been so pleased with the office, staff, and Dr. Shortell himself! We can not say enough about how happy we are with this practice!!
About Front Desk: They always go out of there way to help with my insurance, and answer any questions I have! They are very nice and polite!
