Dr. Barone's office staff is very friendly and making an appointment with them is very easy. Nancy, the front desk attendent, is always able to get patients in for an appointment. If there is an emergency, they are able to get patients in same or next day. I have never had any issues with insurance, since Nancy always takes care of the paperwork. The dental procedures, however, are not as painless. I practically have to beg for novacaine even when I was getting serious dental work done! On top of that, Dr. Barone never explains what he is doing, so patients are left in the dark about procedures. Overall, he is an okay dentist, but after 18 years I have finally decided to switch.
