*WARNING* Dr. Kimberly Haas treated a cavity in my front right tooth. Less than two days later, the entire tooth fell out from the base. I returned to see Haas who drilled out the remaining tooth and nerves. She then but a post in and cemented a temporary acrylic tooth where my tooth was. She did this with excessive hammering force and this resulted in painfully numbing the nerves in the area on an ongoing basis. I later experienced a very painful infection in the bone. Haas had most negligently failed to pack the area where the nerves were removed. Every dentist knows to do this. Her sloppy work directly helped create an abscess and bone infection. I then had to have a >$5,000.00 implant to replace the tooth that she had negligently destroyed. She did some other work too which was sloppy and poorly done but the above situation was extreme, avoidable, painful and traumatic. It was completely unnecessary and could have been avoided by following good dentistry practices. Exercise caution with Hass!
