I have been a patient of dr Rollman for many years but after the incident that happened last week I will never use dr Rollman again, he was not only unethical but he lied to me! I visited his office to update my insurance he was not there but dr Shapiro was & when I went to say hello to him he informed me that he was with a patient I apologized & went back to the front later to find out that dr Shapiro had one of his employees go to my sons car & told him I was loud (why didn't they just tell me?) & had to leave! this was not only embarrassing to me but also to my son! i tried to reach out to dr Rollman only to be told that he was'nt there,I said that you must have been told what happened & I deserve to get some answers, he only said I was no longer welcome in his office,I responded that I was having problems with some work he had done he then hung up on me! I tried to tell my point of view on line & it was erased by either dr Rollman or dr Shapiro very again very unethical so I 'm sure that this Will also be erased so I have no other choice but to inform the dental association about this and "everything " that happened. thank you for taking the time & reading my comments!!!
