The dentist made temporary caps after root canal and they fell off x 3 and his office refused to make accommodations to quickly put them back on. This caused damage and eventual removal of 2 out of the 3 teeth. He was very nasty after the second time they fell off and said he would begin charging to put them on even though we were waiting for the permanent caps to come in from the lab.
This dentist made a tooth for implant and did it improperly - when it became unscrewed no one was able to replace it because instead of making it with an entrance to the screw in the back he just made the tooth- now another 2000.00 to make a tooth properly. when we went back- he refused to do anything about the mistake.
