Had two cleanings and two fillings. First cleaning, hygienist was so rough she couldn't polish my teeth. Dr Theroux didn't even tell me while I was in the chair about my cavities, I found out when I went to the front desk and they asked about an appt for the fillings. Fillings she did have caused my mouth to bite differently. Hard to get her time to look at the problem and when I finally did she said she could not see a problem or fix the issue without putting crowns on both teeth. there was also leftover filling material that had to be sanded off my teeth at the second cleaning. my opinion is that dr Theroux is a horrible communicator and has ruined my mouth and offers a solution that ends up with her getting paid twice to do the job right. Iwould not recommend this dentist or office to anyone!

About Front Desk: they told me one week to get my records and they would call me when they were ready. Three weeks later I called and they were not ready. my experience is that I couldn't trust what they said. Irene is condescending and rude, and not caring about a patients right to their records so that I could find proper care to address my mouth pain and headaches I've experienced since I received the fillings.
