I cannot say enough about Dr. Hess and his staff. Let's start with the lady behind the desk. Cynthia is wonderful! My wife, 9 year old daughter and I love seeing her smiling face when we walk in the door. She always makes us feel welcome and like she's happy to see us. The same goes for our hygenists. We all have our favorites but they are all gentle, sincere and are particulaarly patient with our daughter. They're great! As for the good doctor, everytime he walks in and starts talking it feels like I'm having a friendly conversation with a longtime friend...who just happens to be a teeth expert. His care and professionalism are unrivaled. He is quick to give you a tip or explain why things are the way they are but I have never fealt talked down to. We've all heard scary stories about different dental experiences. You won't have any of that with Dr. Hess and his office. Our family and our friends know we couldn't be in better hands.
